Welcome the National Training Strategy Dynamic Learning Environment. This site supports all the e-learning developed for people interested in helping their communities, both as parish and town councillors and as interested residents. You can access these courses from any computer, either at work or at home, when and where you need it.

We have recently uploaded three short, interactive – and free! - courses on planning that will enable you to engage in and help influence the planning process in your area. These courses are an interactive and dynamic way of understanding the planning system in England, including short games and video to help you through.
